Adrian Robinson – Managing Director

Adrian is experienced in all aspects of human resource management and business solutions – from managing processes, conducting reviews, investigating grievances to proactively growing organisations and developing the capacity and potential of people. He engages with and supports the progress of people through the implementation of sustainable strategies to suit your workplace; and to achieve performance focused outcomes. As an outsourced HR solution, the Azure team aligns with clients by working with them to focus on key areas of their business such as:

Louise Nelson – Principal HR Advisor

Louise is a senior Human Resources professional with extensive Australian and International experience, specialising in HR Strategy Development. Her background includes significant project management across the broader HR function, management of IR issues and processes, and partnering with Executive Leaders. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, team leadership and strategic thinking enables Louise to deliver efficiency and clarity to HR processes.
Louise is genuine, communicates openly and operates with transparency and integrity. Louise uses her 15+ years’ experience in Human Resource Management to deliver market leading transactional and business partnering services, whilst ensuring that sustainable practices are used and documented so that organisations can focus on their core activities and growth. Louise is highly skilled in employee development, employee management, grievance resolution and investigations.
Karen Whittle-Herbert – HR Advisor

Karen Whittle-Herbert is a non-executive director, human resources consultant, and author based in Perth, Western Australia. She has held executive and non-executive director roles in the disability services, aged care, higher education, indigenous land management, social housing, and general government sectors. Her achievements encompass governance reform, organizational change, procurement and capital works reform, and operational and financial restructuring.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management) with First Class Honours and a Master of Science (Organizational Psychology) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Society of Authors. She is a board member of Intelife and Advocare and President of the Fellowship of Australian Writers (WA). Karen is the author of The River Mouth (Fremantle Press, 2021) and has a second book of adult fiction due for release in 2022.
Sara Mocevic – HR Advisor

Sara is a seasoned Human Resource Advisor with exceptional strengths in operational HR / IR matters. Sara is skilled in recruitment, selection and appointment and has worked across a variety of sectors. Her tertiary qualifications speak to her engrained academic knowledge and she is an excellent communicator, collaborator and ‘hands-on’ Advisor who just gets the job done which demonstrates her practical application. With highly development conceptual and organisational skills, Sara is an asset to the team and clients respond exceptionally well to her ‘can do’ attitude, tenacity and buoyancy.
Karen Lamont – HR Advisor

Karen brings you Human Resources, Business Management and Leadership experience across multiple sectors as an experienced executive, leader and HR practitioner in small, medium and large organisations. Karen is “hands-on” and she works closely with operational activities and systems to improve effectiveness and efficiencies, whilst developing the skills and abilities of your team. Initially trained as a Mechanical Engineer and moving into Human Resources 20 years ago, Karen’s background includes significant strategy development, systems implementation and industrial relations experience and is well placed to consider both your big picture requirements and your on-the-ground needs. You will enjoy Karen’s relaxed and open manner and easy communication style, along with her transparent and ethical work ethos.
Karen supports her experience with a Bachelor of Business from USQ (double major in Management and Leadership and HR Strategy), a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Murdoch University Law School, and advanced MBA (Financial Management) from UWA and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches. Karen is an AICD member, Trustee of the Fire and Emergency Superannuation Board and Councillor / Treasurer for the Graduate Management Association of UWA.
Annika Demasi – Associate

Annika is a highly experienced and well regarded consultant who has provided a wide range of injury and risk management, occupational health and safety and preventative services at strategic, educational and operational levels.
Annika has spent much of her career working with organisations and workers compensation insurers to mitigate the human and financial cost of work related stress claims. In this capacity, Annika has worked closely with key stakeholders, particularly employers, to contain the potential adverse impact of stress, conflict, bullying and harassment and other human-related issues in the workplace. This often includes mediation and conflict resolution. Other services include:
